The Foundation is open to students, and preference will be given to research already underway. The Foundation publishes a list of topics as an annex to this call for proposals, from which students are free to choose their research topic, but may also develop a proposal other than those indicated. In the case of a successful application, the Foundation will finance the costs of travel, laboratory and small field research equipment and materials necessary to achieve the objectives set out in the application (according to specific procedures, up to the amount determined in the decision on the acceptance of the application).

The deadline for submission of applications is continuous until the call for proposals is withdrawn.
